Car Angel New Millennium Scholarship Fund was founded in 2000 for the purpose of aiding individuals by expanding educational options. In 2001 we turned to car donations to fund the outreach. Car Angel funds several of their own programs in prison and teen outreach and also funds international ministries that deal with providing scholarship opportunities for leaders to receive training to become more effective in reaching their countries with the Gospel.

Car Angel is a 501 (c) (3) originally registered as New Millennium Scholarship Fund and later shortened to Angel Ministries. It is now headquartered in Encinitas, California with partners in nearly every state of the union with the exception of Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico.
