Over 20 years ago, Dot-Comma was founded by Kathleen A. McCall as a group of technical writers, copy writers and online help providers. That's the "dot" and "comma." The Web was in its infancy and the dot-com craze was years away. Rather quickly, we realized we could be labeled as just writers so we turned to our background in structuring information and understanding technology to begin working on some of the first corporate websites. Soon after, marketing departments solicited our services.
