The very eclectic rantings, observations, and technical know-how of Doug Boude, for your entertainment and education. Originally having been organically grown in the wooded farmlands of north central Missouri, Doug was transplanted to south Texas by the government in the late 80s, tasked with disarming bombs that didn't explode when they were supposed to. After finally figuring out that this was a dangerous profession (4 years later), Doug returned to school and earned a degree in electronic engineering. This new interest soon led to computers, and since 1992 Doug has been immersed in the land of the Geeks and Gnurds and loving every brain-enhancing minute of it.
