I think I have psychotic depression. When not on abilify I get super paranoid and I think that everyone is trying to screw me over. The paranoia gets so bad that I start acting out and I try to harm others. I get avolition and I stop showering and changing clothes and brushing my teeth. I go on eating binges and I stop exercising. My mom says that I go on rants about the homeless and that I become narcissistic and I lose my empathy.
