- During the late eighties and early nineties, Winning Minds, Dream Team Adventures, and Geoff Griffin Associates regularly collaborated on assignments in support of change and transformation initiatives. In the course of their collaboration, and in undertaking separate assignments for their own clients, they identified the need for a dedicated resource providing a holistic solution to the team development and employee commitment issues that arise within organisations undergoing significant change in structure, culture and operational focus. It was in response to this identified need that, in February 1992, The Dream Team was born.
