We could not have a site about motoring related movie posters without devoting a chunk of it to the legend that is Steve McQueen. He made some of the most atmospheric movies with some of the greatest posters. If he did it - Drivepast probably has the poster!
Drivepast was set up by former broadcaster Paul Veysey. From the Citroen Light and Big 15s he drove as a teenager in New Zealand, through the TRs, Jaguars and Beetles he raced and rallied, to the ID19 Citroen in which he and his wife Helen finished the first Monte Carlo Challenge in 1990, Paul has had a lifelong interest in motor cars.
For most of Paul's fifty odd years, he has also had a love of movies, and when Helen bought him a poster for the film Checkpoint as a birthday present, he found the perfect outlet for his two main interests.
