Philosophy
In an effort to promote a safe and healthy environment, The Northwest Center for Health & Safety shall make available to the public, information supported by scientific research, on health related issues, with particular regard to illegal substances, substances which are potentially harmful, or substances used illegally or in an otherwise harmful way; and shall counter efforts to adopt a lenient or permissive drug policy.
Support comprehensive and coordinated approached that include prevention, education, law enforcement, and treatment in addressing issues pertaining to all psychoactive and addictive substances.
Support the requirement that any medical use of psychoactive or addictive substances meets the current criteria required of all other therapeutic drugs.
