Since its inception in 1990, Digital VoiceXchange has delivered a variety of voice services that can be easily provisioned and managed by our customers and their end-users. DVX leverages its experience and proven track record to operate efficiently and to consistently offer reliable, cost-effective voice services.
Our facilities include an 8,000 square foot Network Operations Center (NOC) located in the former North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) Command Headquarters building in Colorado Springs. Our NOC is fed by redundant power grids, tier-one Internet and PSTN carriers and has 7-inch "bunker" walls.
Digital VoiceXchange maintains its leadership in telephony and Internet technology by continually incorporating new methodologies and by developing voice solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Our successes are based on the creation and deployment of our Unified Service Platform (USP) and the systems integration and development capabilities that we have refined over the years. DVX manages and controls its technology in-house. No third-party vendor is necessary to accommodate your needs or to ensure that your service requirements are met.
