I started E-Crap back in 1999, and at the time, I promised we'd always be "Crappy" - crappy content, shoddy HTML work, you name it. But things change. Nearly six years later, we're still online, and more popular than ever. We get about a million hits per month, lots of press, celebrity readers, and a lot more.
We have been affectionately known as "the most crap on the internet" for years, and believe me, that was what we were becoming. But because we don't have a big staff, or dedicated time every day to keep the site current, it got a bit out of hand. Many link and columns were outdated, and readers began questioning whether the site was even updated anymore. The more mail I received, the more I knew I needed to change it.
Using a very simple design, we'll be able to update things faster, and keep things much cleaner. The days of bad links and highly outdated columns is finally over. I'm fortunate to say that we still have several of the great E-Crap contributors with us - like Condom Man (Rugly), Rita G., Kane, TV Crap's Jason, and myself. We also have some great new contributors who will be introduced soon.
