Erin Eddy - Broker Associate

Erin was born in Denver, Colorado and is a 4th generation Colorado native. In 1987 he moved to Durango to attend college and made the Southwest his home. From 1991 to 2003 he managed, operated and owned numerous lodging businesses in Durango and Ouray. In 2003, Erin sold his motel and other businesses in Ouray to pursue a career as a commercial real estate professional. His extensive background in the lodging industry helps him assist buyers and sellers actively pursuing unique property investments in the state. He is actively involved with the Ouray Mountain Rescue Team, Ouray County EMS, is the driving force behind the Ouray Ice Park and Ouray Ice Festival and a past Ouray Chamber Resort Association President. Erin knows the Colorado outdoors and backcountry as well as anyone. He enjoys kayaking, rafting, fly-fishing, skiing, ice- climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with his son Keegan, and daughter Caeley.
