Emax Wireless gladly accepts any unopened package or unpackaged product with no sign of liquid or physical damage for refund, credit or exchange within 15 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all return products, all shipping charges excluded. Exchange due to manufacturer’s defects will be exempt from shipping and handling fees. Unused credit will no longer be valid after 180 days from the date of issuance.
All returns must be accompanied by a pre-approved return authorization number (RMA) before sending back to us. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice. To obtain a RMA number, please send request to RMA@emaxwireless.com. A RMA number is good for 7 business day. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your Return Merchandise for processing your return. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts or accessories.
