The Donohoe Companies, founded in 1884, is the oldest Washington, D.C. based real estate development, management, and construction company. The founding partners of the D.V.P. Corporation are Michael M. Dickens, John A. Vernon, and Frederick J. Palloni, Jr.
While Hospitality Partners is primarily a hotel management company and purchaser of hotels, it also supplies consulting and technical services for The Donohoe Companies, other developers, and lenders.
