The directors have a combined experience of over fifty years in two-way radio communication and after working with other companies, saw a gap in the market to provide a first class service coupled with technical expertise.
EARS plc started business with five members of staff, who are all still current, and now have a total of 14 full time employees.
Personal reputation in the industry resulted in rapid growth and expansion. We have recently moved to a new two-storey complex allowing for greater engineering and technical capacity plus conferencing facilities.
