A Message from the Founders
EarthRoamer Xpedition™ Vehicles were created to meet our own needs for a durable, capable, stand alone, four-season camper. Unable to find a suitable camper from RV manufacturers, we formed EarthRoamer.com LLC and embarked upon our journey to make the ultimate expedition camper available to people like ourselves who depend upon quality, durability and performance.
Although our name may not yet be widely recognized in the RV marketplace, we have been building and rigorously testing expedition vehicles over the last five years in intense conditions ranging from the bitter shores of the Arctic Ocean in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to the warm, soothing waters of the Sea of Cortez at the southern tip of Baja California, Mexico. Our beginnings were humble, starting with a pick-up truck and a pop-up tent camper, but we have evolved our design to what we believe is the most capable, highest quality and most comfortable expedition vehicle available. When you buy an EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicle you are not only getting our combined aerospace and industrial engineering experience, you are also benefiting from the collective expertise of the companies with whom we have chosen to team. Our camper shells are manufactured by experts in composite technology with over thirty years of boat building experience. Industry leaders like Ford, Sharp, Dupont, Goodyear, Diab and Hella have also provided world-class products and technical support in the design of EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicles.
We rely on our vehicles in harsh environments, so we build our vehicles to last . We know how important it is to have systems that work, so we don't cut corners. If a problem does occur, we know how important it is to be able to easily isolate and fix the problem. We use the finest quality fasteners, electrical connectors and hardware available. We use marine grade electrical wiring, and fuse or circuit breaker protect all electrical components. All of the upholstery used in our vehicles is commercial grade, durable, and easy to clean. The cabinetry is top quality with dove-tailed drawers and durable hardware. We are so confident in the quality of our vehicles that we provide a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on all EarthRoamer modifications. Combined with Ford's 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on the truck, and 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty on the Power Stroke engine, you can purchase an EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicle with complete confidence.
