The Independent Eating and Drinking Guide

During development we concentrated mainly on the North West of England. We have now expanded the geographical base of the information to cover the whole of the United Kingdom, and in a few instances, even further afield.
This website is an excellent point of reference for information on food & drink topics. There is a wonderful resource of information that already abounds and much of what is said won't be new to a lot of people. But built around this, using the wonders of the world wide web, we will build up links to all sorts of related topics, which if explored individually would take much research and time to exhaust. No text on the bookshelf could cover all these related topics. Also the information can grow and be shared.
Viewers of this site can contribute and share their knowledge and expertise, whether its news, links to other recommended sites, opinion, recipes or whatever experience.
