- Eaton Family Credit Union, a member owned, not-for-profit, financial cooperative was established in 1937. Originally named the Dual Ratio Federal Credit Union, the Credit Union was established to serve the employees of the Eaton Axle Plant on the eastside of Cleveland. Our Credit Union has changed a lot since the infancy of the credit union movement in the 1930’s, especially in the products and services we offer. Eaton Family Credit Union has grown into a full-service financial institution offering a wide range of financial products and services, serving more than 7,500 members worldwide who work for various organizations including Eaton Corporation, Euclid City Schools, and the City of Euclid. As of May 2000, Membership is now open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the City of Euclid. The community of Lake County was added in 2006 then through a merger with Wickliffe Community Credit Union the city of Wickliffe was included as well. Eaton-Hydraulics Searcy FCU members were added Spring of 2007. Our professional and courteous staff is dedicated to providing members with the best products and services available.
