Executive Concierge was born from the belief that quality of life shouldn't have to suffer in today's fast-paced environment. With that in mind, co-founders Patti Kanner-Post and Wendy Lichtenberg set out to build the first ever outsourced hotel-like concierge service for residential and commercial buildings.
Patti and Wendy realized that if a building provided tenants a professional concierge to arrange for time consuming personal services, it would be beneficial to everyone. Tenants could be more productive and able to focus on immediate responsibilities, while owners would benefit from enhanced tenant acquisition and loyalty.
What started in 1997 as a value-added service to The Paramount Group, has grown to a comprehensive concierge service catering to 18,000 employees in more than 6 million square feet of office and residential real estate.
