BAD web hosting india, MORE DOWNTIME SERVER, HOSTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS, RUDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT, RUN UR WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISH, UNECONOMICAL SERVICE, ECONOMICALHOST SPAM, EMAIL SPAM ECONIMICALHOST
The owners of this company will chat up with you for hours for a signup but they will never be available for any support. There servers are poorly configured and the technical staff is totally uneducated and have no clue of what they are doing. When they could not solve a problem, they deleted my entire site, reset the hosting, changed the IP and asked me to upload all files again (400 MB!!). In the end even that did not help!!! The tech support is for a limited number of hours, so you are held up if the their shop is closed. Overall a totally unorganized, unreliable and technically backward company. If have all the proofs to backup my review. Goodluck!
RESPONSE TO ABOVE REVIEW : DECIDE FOR YOURSELF
Owner of the company is available on publicly displayed Mobile Phone number and having 10+ landline telephones to call on is something commendable which hardly many hosting people have to offer who do business to the tune of what we do and number of customers we serve on daily basis. Saying that owner of the company has to convince people for signup amuses us as he is the last person in the organization to convince a client to host with us. Maybe this guy called up on his mobile on which he is available 24x7 so that he can understand and listen to any issues of any customer. One thing is for sure that he is over courteous and does not show tantrums of being a owner of one of the leading hosting company in North India. The above comments are from a customer who needed everything for free because we got him as a customer. First we copied his more than 1 GB of website from his old hosting provider with whom he had issues and then as it was part of few other sites in the form of parallel folders and was not configured by name as he gave us the IP to copy the website so there were some configuration issues and we told this customer to check on its own as we cannot read his gb of files. Best help we could do was copy his data. Second his scripts were insecure and his htaccess files was misconfigured and he wanted us to read his 1 GB of scripts and find what was the cause of the problem for his site not working. He was impatient and believed that service provders run PR companies and that one small comment by a overloud customer can blemish the goodwill generated over 10 years of hard core service and serving 10000+ live customers. As a hosting provider our job is limited to offer webspace where we make sure that desired languages and offered services should work. This client needed us to spoon feed him as first we copied his website and then wanted us to rectify his errors by reading his scripts and when we did not offer him such services he got offended and threatened us to blemish our name. We spared this guy against any legal action as he falsly identified himself as a staff of our organsation and called our datacenter for some comment. Handling 10000+ customers, also being an accredited registrar and running our own server farm still makes him believe that our tech staff is uneducated than he needs to learn his lessons. We retain 100's of customers from last 5-9+ years and thus host 10000+ websites. At present we have more number of servers in USA than anyone else has the same in Delhi even we can say North of India. We are technically competent and have a staff of 25+ people working with us and also USA based HIGHLY Experienced tech staff as our consultants whom we have hired on monthly charges. We have close to 50 Linux Server only where we host 1000's of websites except windows servers which are hosted on our own server farm. We give complete admin and technical support to companies like Sahara-One, Deepalya, Surya Group and 1000's of others who are our customers for years. As far as time of picking of phone is concerned we offer phone support from 10 a.m to 7 p.m as it is written on our website whereas if a customer calls in emergency on our mobiles we make tech staff call them back as there are so many things which they have to do and thus need time after 7 to look into complex issues. We have 24x7 Mobile Phone support for Emergencies and there are 3 Mobiles to call on. Still we believe we can not satisfy all our customer as even biggest of corporate in service sector can not do so...
