About us
The Employers' Forum on Disability is an employers' organisation focused on the issue of disability in the workplace. It is funded and managed by employers. With over 400 members, the Forum represents organisations who employ over 20% of the UK workforce.
The Forum has, since its establishment in 1986, worked closely with government and other stakeholders, sharing best practice to make it easier to employ disabled people and serve disabled customers.
This section explains who we are, our key initiatives including our customer and employment agendas and a message from our chief executive Susan Scott-Parker.
