Description
George Arghyrakis was called to the Bar in 1984 and was at Richards Butler from 1988 to 2003 (partner since 1994). He has a degree in English and Philosophy (Joint Honours) from Bristol University. He specialises in Shipping and has dealt with innumerable cases in the Commercial Court and in Arbitration. He is a supporting member of the LMAA.
William Cawley was at Sinclair Roche & Temperley from 1987 until 2002. And at Stephenson Harwood from 2002 after SRT's merger with SH. He was seconded to a leading law office in Seoul, Korea for one year 1993-1994 and subsequently headed up SRT's Shanghai office 1994-1995. On his return to SRT London he was Head of both SRT's Korea Group and German Group. He has a degree in Law from Buckingham University. William specialises in shipping and trade law and also regularly advises on general commercial issues including IT project management/bespoke software disputes.
Marco Cocciante qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 having completed his training with Bevan Ashford. Prior to arriving in the UK in 1998 Marco worked in the freight forwarding industry in South Africa dealing exclusively with the carriage of goods by sea on behalf of timber traders. Upon his arrival in London he was International Logistics Manager for an international manufacturer before completing his CPE and LPC at the College of Law in York. Marco also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from Rhodes University, South Africa.
