- Electro-Stock, Inc., formerly CS Technical Sales, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, has been in business since August 16, 1983. Dennis Chadra and Glenn Schilke initially started the business under the name of Chadra-Schilke & Associates, Inc. As a manufacturers representative firm for several manufacturers of electronic components & controls we sold to an exclusive territory on a commission basis. The contracted territory covered northern Illinois and eastern Wisconsin in which we sold to the OEM market.
