Welcome to my website! I want to say thanks to Andy from AMG-LITE for putting this together for me. On my site you will see thousands of photos of me flexing, competing, training and just hanging out! I also will be posting videos of me training for not only BODYBUILDING but also POWERLIFTING,as I am an ELITE POWERLIFTER and StrongWoman as I compete Nationally and Internationally in Strongwoman, representing the USA at the WORLDS STRONGWOMAN CHAMPTIONSHIPS in Poland in 2005. You can see video of me training to squat 500 pounds and deadlifting 470 pounds, practice picking up stones weighing 280 pounds, and flipping tires that weigh 700 pounds. I also have videos explaining HOW to train properly and do exercises right as well as posing videos. Don't forget, my ROAD TO VICTORY!
