We embrace a care concept that focuses on promoting the self-sufficiency and wellness of every one of our residents and participants. Our philosophy is to minimize challenges and maximize independence. Integrating the six dimensions of wellness – physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional and vocational – we design an individualized program and setting where older adults can achieve the highest level of self-sufficiency.

Our mission is to understand the challenges older adults face, as well as help adult children deal with the complex issues facing their parents. We are continually expanding our community programs, offering education and developing innovative ways of offering services to those we serve. With knowledge and compassion, Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network is dedicated to providing exceptional service to older adults in Northeast Ohio.
Our Legacy
Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network has been Cleveland’s Westside leader in senior care for more than a century. Since the founding of the original Eliza Jennings Home in 1888, our not-for-profit organization has grown to be one of the area’s largest senior care providers. Today, Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network provides a continuum of care with three communities, offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, specialized memory support and a variety of community-based services.
