An EloGrade rating is actually a number that tries to stastistically predict future outcomes. For instance, a photo with a 1600 rating has a 64% probability that a random person in the future would prefer it over a photo with a 1500 rating, and a 96% probability that a random person in the future would prefer it over a photo with 1100 rating. While each individual preference is subjective, the prediction is objective.
