Elwiki does not answer email no matter how long or how many hundreds of emails sent.
nico @[part of it removed].com.ar = the return email address one gets from registration. Upon emailing them, they claim that they only opened a test wiki on elwiki and have no idea on anything.
The site owner also runs a blog at zone-mr.net. All known emails:

None of them answer. Leaving comments on the zone-mr.net blog mentioning that email does not get answer results in comments being removed without any answer ever.

Uncontactable...it's been over 12 hours, and my site has not been made. Does that mean it's been rejected? I haven't gotten any message since the "your application will be reviewed within twelve hours" message. Why would they be uncontactable? That makes no sense. This is a dead site. It's owner ran away with all your monies. domain has been sold to spyware seeders, to pay for flight school training. This is a evil host. The owner is a lie and cheat, and should be shot. (Whomever that may be.) The site is dead, and never will return.
