Dear Encore:
I must say I am disappointed in the quality and quanity of your movies that you have available. The same movies play over and over again, they are movies that have been on previously a million times. The movies are not even 4 star movies. I have had Encore for many, many years and feel the quality and quantity of your movie selection has gone down hill. It used to be that Encore played GREAT movies all the time, the selection was fabulous. Now, it's the same old crappy movies.
A very disatisified customer who is seriously considering cancelling Encore. Kathy
