Our National Headquarters is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at Mt. Lou San Bible Camp. From this location, Encounter operates its Christian Leadership Center of Discipleship, as well as its ongoing ministries of the camp. The Encounter Crusade Team, lead by Encounter director, Ardy Parlin, is made up of young adults who serve as Singers, Technicians, Office Personnel, and Children's Workers.
