- environmentweb is created and maintained by me, Andrew, a postgraduate student in environmental informatics. I was inspired to create the site by a growing awareness of the amount of information around on environmental issues that people simply weren't aware of. I'm hoping that the current state of environmentweb will be just the beginning and that eventually it will grow to become an invaluable resource for anyone interested in any kind of environmental issue, whether it's global or specific to their area.
