Description
The essence of what Environmental Frontlines is about is captured by our name. Our primary job is monitoring the "environmental frontlines" – both in terms of current environmentally-relevant issues as well as the activities of various groups/entities engaged in those issues and related activities. Such monitoring efforts are reflected in our flagship publication, The Environmental Guidebook, which is designed to serve as an essential reference guide profiling key organizations and other entities (including information/data sources) involved in environmentally-relevant issues and activities in the U.S. and internationally.
· Disseminate the “best of the best” in terms of information, ideas, tools and other resources culled from the sources we monitor.
In our overall "frontlines" effort, we wear multiple hats – reporter, investigator/researcher, commentator, reference librarian, facilitator/coordinator, consultant, computer guru – while seeking to serve as a reliable, independent guidepost to all parties interested and/or involved in environmentally-relevant issues and activities.
