Eodsolutionsltd has been selected to undertake the clean up operation of the Gerdec ammunition factory explosion that took place in Albania on the 15th March 2008. The team was on the ground two days after the explosion and worked with the Albanian Armed Forces to start clearance opertions as soon as all the investigations were completed.
The company also works in Montenegro and Bosnia undertaking demilitarisation projects to destroy ammunition stokpiles left over from previous regiems that are in a dangerous condition or simply surplus to requiremnts.
the company has produced a TRansportable Ammunition Destruction System (TRADS) which small arms ammunition is fed into and is reduced to scrap using the latest environmently benign methododolgy.
