Description
Chaim comes from a long line of restauranteurs dating back to the late 19th Century. His grandfather was the head chef of the Sheraton in Tel-Aviv for twenty years, and when Chaim was only a child he taught him every culinary skill he knew. Chaim studied Physiology and Bio-chemistry and was involved in a number of commercial enterprises, one of which was Enigma restaurant in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney in the early 90's.
