Description
Established in 1967, The Epilepsy Association of Central Florida (EACF) is a not-for-profit community based organization dedicated to serving the needs of those affected by epilepsy. EACF is a local direct service agency where 100% of the gifts we receive stay to serve the citizens of Central Florida and North Central Florida. We are governed by a local elected volunteer Board of Directors that represent a cross section of professionals, civic leaders, and consumers that are responsible for directing the activities of our agency. EACF is further strengthened by a volunteer Professional Advisory Board made up of local area medical professionals and a dedicated staff of men and women.
The Epilepsy Association of Central Florida is dedicated to improving the quality of life of persons with epilepsy and reducing the incidence of onset.
The EACF provides services in Orange, Seminole, Brevard and Osceola Counties in Central Florida as well as Alachua, Bradford, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Hernando, Lafayette, Lake, Levy, Marion, Putnam, Sumter, Suwannee and Union counties in North Central Florida.
