Ernesto Philibert recently earned his Ph.D. from Technical University of Delft, working on a new theory of spatial analysis called "Transversal Connectivity". He is founder of the new Masters Program in New Urbanism and Architecture at Tecnologico de Monterrey, where he is former Program Director of the School of Architecture. He is also a practicing architect.
