At Evergreens Senior Healthcare System, our nursing care goes beyond traditional services to include such specialties as Specialized Wound Care with Pulse Lavage and Extensive Pain Management. In addition, we have a separate unit called Cypress Place, where specialized staff provide care for residents in collaboration with Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro. The condition of these residents is carefully monitored by our full time geriatric nurse practitioner and dual Medical Directors.
