Started out sneaking net on the job, way back when. 5 years, 6 computers, and many webpages later, he's still banging about and living in front of his computer.
Initially a spectre on the net. Semi-clairvoyant about FASA's plans for Clan Ghost Bear, and a guy with more connections than heknows what to do with. Met Chas in 1995 and the world's been paying the price ever since.
Started in 1996 by Phil and Chas. Control freaks without peer, they got sick of putting up with the lamers who ran other IRC networks and crummy web-chat sites. So they started their own IRC server and and figured out why some IRC admins are so freaked sometimes.
