There is apparently a scene in Chiang Mai but as I have never been there, I cannot comment on it suffice to say that there are both beer bars and gogo bars there. I gather that there may even be a gogo bar in Chiang Rai but again, I have not been there either. Friends tell me that although sexual pursuits can be found, Chiang Mai is nothing like say Bangkok, Pattaya or even Phuket.
