Birth of the concept in the MeatballWiki
The birth of ExtremeOpenBusiness occurred in Meatball:ExtremeOpenBusiness.
ExtremeOpenBusiness was first suggested by Fridemar Pache in the context of OpenBusiness discussions with Aaron Poeze. It was proposed as a kind of interactive reality show. ExtremeOpenBusiness merges and extends G OpenBusiness with G ExtremeProgramming concepts and even self-applies these ideas on its own development.
Google is given the credit to have noticed this idea in statu nascendi within minutes from the ShortDigest in the MeatballWiki.
Domain Grab
Fridemar acted driven by BeBold and Wiki:EmbraceChange to purchase the ExtremeOpenBusiness.com domain which is a natural self-application of XP, insofar as it creates the initial context for a Wiki:UserStory in the framework of SocialDomaining.
Lesson Learned
But he was not bold enough ... as you can see from the next screenshot..
Seconds later, when Fridemar wanted to buy the other domains, they were already taken by some unknown. His plan was to share the small initial investment with all active RealName community members, who are interested in joining the ExtremeOpenBusiness.com initiative.
Next time, when a new idea for G LiterateMarketing or even G LiterateDomainMarketing is born, openly buy a bunch of related DomainNames for sharing the investment and later the gain with collaborating community members. fridemar 17:24, 20 June 2008 (PDT)

As the first interaction of CreatingAndSharingWealth for ExtremeOpenBusiness Fridemar made his generous offer.
Fridemar: Aaron, as my thank you to you and the appreciation for your collaboration on ExtremeOpenBusiness, I offer you half of the gain of the (some minutes ago) bought domain ExtremeOpenBusiness.com, if you pay me half of the initial price = 3 US$.
If you accept the offer, we both can subdivide our owned parts with prospective active partners for an increased offer price. In case you have partners and the domain is resold, then you get half of the gain and the responsibility to pay your partners.
The same holds for my partners on my part.
