Our commitment to renters begins with our own personal frustration when searching for a rental property. While in college, my partner and I drove for hours going from one real-estate company to another where the only thing they would provide us with was a spreadsheet with addresses and prices. After wasting a considerable amount of time and money on gas, we decided to look on the Internet. At that time there were over 17,000 rental properties in our area and still we could not find one user-friendly site with more than a couple of properties. Through our frustration, a vision was born. The vision is EzRentFinder.com the most efficient and reasonably priced real estate advertising website on the Internet. The rental housing market has grown 13% since 2006 and is projected to increase another 17% by 2010. With this giant influx of rental properties EzRentFinder.com will be a staple in the rental housing market. We have devoted our time, money, and resources to the creation of this site, because we believe that there is a need in the rental housing market. We stand by our commitment to be the most respectable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced rental housing advertising company on the web and in the years to come we hope to be able to expand and evolve to better meet the needs of our customers.

Since we are still an upstart company most of our efforts are currently being focused on the middle Tennessee area, specifically Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville. We are also focusing on other areas such as Memphis, Chattanooga, and Knoxville. Because of this and the fact that our company is still in its infancy you may not always be able to find rental properties in your area, although we do have the infrastructure in place to expand to the entire U.S. If you live outside of our targeted area, Don’t Worry! If you have a rental property that you want to list and you are worried that there are not currently any other listings in your area, it’s ok. We continually monitor activity on the site and review and monitor all listings that are uploaded onto our site.
