Free multimedia lessons, narrated and animated, cover a wide variety of topics including aerodynamics, weather theory, airspaces, and navigation. Library documents, available for free download, include FAR summaries, abridged versions of the PTS, maneuver summaries, weather chart symbols, and an excellent article about pilots and flight written for non-pilots. Although not required, registration on the site creates a personal page for each user providing custom weather, metars, AFD, flight planning, and links.
