I started my career in the early seventies (yes, I'm older than dirt!) when manufactured homes were still called--ugh!--TRAILERS.
That's back in the day when we'd buy a single wide at $3,500 and sell it to the folks at $5,500 all day long, every day and sometimes ten times a day.
