Welcome to the official website for the Fayetteville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (FAMPO). We are responsible for developing transportation plans in order to provide the safest and most efficient transportation while protecting and enhancing the environment. The Fayetteville Metropolitan area includes the City of Fayetteville, towns of Hope Mills and Spring Lake, Fort Bragg Military Reservation, Pope Air Force Base, and portions of Hoke and Harnett County.
