FamilyGoKarts tends not to return phone calls from customers who are having issues with the quality of their products. One person in particular has been trying to get his unit replaced for 6 months and has finally given up and is requesting a full refund. They will do that if he's willing to pay $800 to have it shipped back to them. Sounds a bit unreliable and low-quality to me.
