O.K. I know everyone is looking at that name and wondering, "How do you say THAT?" It sounds like broiler. It doesn't look like it. But that's the way you say it. When the first Braeulers immigrated from Germany, it was spelled with one of those vowels we don't have in the English alphabet. The immigration officials decided that was the closest they could get.
