Express Evaluations is a business services company with the operations center in Elburn, IL. The company, formerly Fax Innovations, was founded in 1992. The original exam processing service was based on a recently patented (1991) fax form recognition technology. This recognition capability combined with compatible software gave the company a unique capability to process standardized exam forms and return results within a few minutes. Express Survey service was rolled out soon after, again taking advantage of the fax form recognition capability.
The company continues to grow and enhance the service offerings. While fax and paper based services continue to be popular, many clients have expressed interest in web-based services as well.
