Description
We started this business with a passion for third gen Camaro's and Firebird's and quickly embraced the fourth generation as well. It was started out of our home garage in 2000 selling parts on Ebay. We progressed out of the garage into a mini warehouse storage unit. We then leased a small 3,000 sq ft warehouse and added a lift. Initially we did not do any performance work on customer cars our main focus was on the selling of used F-Body parts. Slowly we began to add lines of new GM F-Body parts and due to the demand we began selling aftermarket performance parts for the Camaro and Firebird. While selling performance parts we did see the potential need in our local area for a performance shop. Due to our overwhelming growth we leased a brand new 10,000 sq ft facility in November 2003 with a show room, parts warehouse, performance work area, dyno area and salvage parts strip down area. As of November 2004 we added a 2,500 sq ft body shop area with a new spray booth.
On January 1st, 2006 F-Body Motorsports was sold to Young's Camaro Specialty. They specialize in 67-81 Camaro and Firebird Parts. They have been in business since 1987 and are also located in Charlotte, NC. Together with their knowledge of first and second generations and our knowledge of third and fourth generations F-Body's, we are your one source for 1967-2002 Camaro and Firebird's.
Our new owners are dedicated to improving our customer service, shipping time and stocking the parts you need. Our goal is to provide the highest quality parts and service you deserve.
