FeaturedImage
Tag for images that have been used in the Featured sites. Because these images remain in use in the article descriptions as well as on the monthly featured lists and the weblog we need to keep these images in the system essentially indefinitely. This is in contrast to the RecentlyFeatured images which are used in the "Recently Featured" image list on Portal:AboutUsFeatureMe and can be culled every once in awhile.
