Description
Remove the other half of the backing layer then press the patch against your skin with the palm of your hand for at least half a minute as shown in e and f. The warmth of your body will make the patch stick better.
Choose a place below your waist, for example on your buttocks, hips or abdomen where there is least wrinkling of the skin. Do not put a patch on or near your breasts.
Make sure the area of skin you use is clean and dry, and not broken or irritated. Providing that you have applied the patch properly there is little risk of it coming off when you take a bath, shower or swim.
