About us
Fenman Ltd was founded in 1988 as a publisher of training resources – training DVDs, training videos, training manuals and training games for use by learning and development professionals.
Fenman has grown over the years and is now the dominant publisher of training materials in the UK. Our training resources focus on management soft skills – for example, absenteeism management, change management, communication skills, conflict management, customer service sales training, presentation skills, teambuilding as well as call centre and telephone skills. We also have an extensive range of training materials for the trainer – covering training ice breakers, coaching and mentoring training resources and emotional intelligence training resources.
We also publish the leading magazine dedicated to training, TJ: The publication for learning and development, as well as three other subscription products, Train the Trainer, Coach the Coach and Management Essentials.
