- The Fenced Out Inmate Family Assistance Program was formed in December, 2005 to the aid the family members of incarcerated inmates. Our mission is to provide support, assistance, and guidance to the loved ones, friends, and families of inmates. In many cases, the incarcerated loved one was the primary or sole provider of the family, leaving loved ones behind to pick up the pieces and become the new sole support of their families. Families often feel as if they too have lost their rights and dignity. In many cases alienated by society, families fear the unknown and financial burdens that instantly confront them each new day.
