- Our company was formed in April of 1988. We now have nine offices with 57 employees located throughout North and South Carolina, with our corporate headquarters based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our sales associates are professionals with backgrounds in construction and engineering, and many are ASHRAE members. The president of Faulkner/Haynes & Assoc., Inc., Ernie Faulkner, has served as President of the Triangle Chapter of ASHRAE, and Jim Haynes, Vice President, is the past president of the South Carolina Chapter of ASHRAE.
